Parked in designated spots down by the boats. Several nice restaurants are within walkable distance. Quiet and I felt safe. We did not unhook.

This was a great one night stay. Everybody we encountered in the store was kind and friendly. Right across from the Air Force Academy. Only one night stay is allowed.

Amazing views and spacious. Lots of shops and restaurants in the area. Did some spending at Bass Pro Shop and hope they continue to offer their parking lot for one night stops.

Grateful for this option, however be aware that it is a one night thing. There will not be a knock, but a note left on your windshield to be compliant. I wasn’t aware, as I saw other vehicles there for multiple nights - so I overstayed my welcome - but left no longer than a minute after I read the note. I’d hate to see them have to sto... more

I too, pulled in late after a long travel day and appreciated the generosity of Bass Pro Shops. Was able to get some quality shirts and camping supplies at reasonable prices from their store. I stayed here 2 nights a month ago when I had some business in COS. So grateful to be able to pull in here again for 2 nights.

Beautiful views, clean, safe, and quiet! There were several campers when I arrived and a few joined through out the evening. Cell service was awesome and I was able to complete a couple hours of work before I left.

I was suspicious when I first found the spot from Campendium and didn’t believe it could be tru, but it is !!! Very nice and clean bathroom and with great views. I bought some camping gears (very reasonablely priced) as a return.

A great view of the mountains. Easy to park, and we felt very safe. There were about 5-6 other RVs overnighting as well. The store staff were also very nice and helpful trying to find a propane hose I needed. Bass Pro Shops is huge with all kinds of cool stuff!
