The full time residence are very nice and say hello as you walk by. Very quiet park with small creek, laundry, good showers and nice pool to swim laps. I would absolutely stay here again. Very friendly park with nice trees and level sites. Full bars of straight talk and good wifi
Wandering Free would stay here again

We were in town for a wedding on a holiday weekend so there weren't too many options. This place is OK. The spots were tight for RVs. They had a pool but it looked a little green. The area is pretty with a stream running in the back. Lots of trees.

We stayed 1 night while traveling north on I-5. We reserved a pull-through site with water, electric and cable t.v. Everything worked fine but our site had no trees; just some scrub junipers and bushes at the front half of the site. We could hear highway noise but it was quiet at night. A walk around the park revealed several full time residents living in old trailers on the south side of the office. If I had to stay again, the back-in sites 44-49 were more scenic with many trees. Didn't use their bathrooms so can't comment.

DO NOT STAY HERE!! The grounds and amenities were too bad, but the people staying there were very questionable. Probably 90% of the people live there full time, lots of run down RV’s and junk packed around their sites. The site right next to ours was a mess with very questionable people staying in the RV. They had NO TRESPASSING signs taped to their RV along with motion activated flood lights all around their RV also. The most scary part was they had multiple surveillance cameras around and underneath their RV, 3 of the cameras were pointed directly into our RV spot. We felt so uncomfortable we never spent anytime outside our RV.
