It’s a short walk to the library, hardware store (that has about the same selection of rv supplies as Walmart), a great bakery and other little shops downtown. There’s a limit on how long you can stay so there aren’t any full timers there.
It’s a little bit of a bummer that the sites aren’t all full hookup but with the smooth roads it wasn’t an issue either walking or towing the honey wagon to the dump station on site. Quick note: they have high water pressure, including the dump station which has kind of an all on/all off valve so I got a pressure regulator down at the hardware store for my tank flush hookups. Was nice to have a threaded hose at the dump station.
The hosts were amazing. Very helpful and friendly to us and our kids. Would definitely stay again.

Shrubbery between campsites is limited. The campground is clean and Craig, the host, is very nice. WiFi was included. The town of Ashland is adjacent to the park and very nice. My only complaint might be that there are no mature trees or shrubbery. Then again the park is only 4 years old.
Also, beware of the 11’3” viaduct east of the campground on Silver St.

We will likely come back.

The premium sites are adjacent to a busy road, which is quite noisy. My next comment I hope only applies to site #3 (which is a premium site). The pads are beautifully poured concrete which makes me wonder out loud, how in the world is this pad poured with a significant slope when it certainly could have been poured near level. ... more

This little campground is conveniently located between Omaha and Lincoln. The reservation and check-in system is all online and very easy. We pulled into our huge, concrete pad and were set up in minutes. We were greeted by the campground host and given some information on the town. The little main street is only a couple blocks away and has everything needed for a nice holiday - cider/wine tasting, a few restaurants, a lovely patisserie, a great meat store, and several shops. There is a little noise from the road, but nothing that kept us awake. The little laundry has one washer and dryer that worked very well.

This smaller, newer RV park is adjacent to Ashland’s main drag yet very peaceful. 30 minutes to downtown Omaha. Extremely big rig friendly. W/E 50 amp with convenient dump station. Loved that I could take walks around town right from the park. OTA plus able to stream with WiFi. AT&T 2 bars.

One night with my Kimberley T3. I don’t camp in RV parks very often, but it’s hot and I needed to fill my two fresh water tanks. Enjoying the air conditioning as I drive west towards higher elevations and cooler temps. The park is well-designed and the pads are concrete and almost perfectly level. I had to drop the driver’s side air bags a bit to get level, but not much. More room between sites than I’ve seen in many RV parks. Laundry, showers and bathrooms—I won’t use any of these but if the condition of the grounds are any indication, I would expect those facilities to be fine. It’s located in a quiet spot. If you’re traveling through this part of Nebraska on Interstate 80, it’s worth the 6 mile trip from the interstate to find a clean, well-kept and quiet place to camp.
