Overall Rating
Stayed 2 nights visiting friends in town. Clean and nice staff. Would definitely stay again!
They even cook a Sunday breakfast for a small fee. We didn’t get to partake as we had other plans.

“Wow bad management ”

Wow! dont go here. They will rip you off in a second. This is how it all started. I called in April, I asked about the reservations. I got them for when I needed them for June til July 11th. Not a problem. They said we don't have a card machine yet in a week I will run your card and give you a call before I run it. Gave him my info. A week later no call. So I called left a message. NO call again. I figured we don't have reservations so I found a different place who even sent me an email receipt for my reservations. Well it's July 10th almost my out date and Aspen Trails calls and says I didn't show for my reservations yesterday. I told them the whole thing and they charged me 284 dollars for a no show. What in the world is happening. I cant believe they are even in business. Bad customer service bad business.
