I was not overly fond of the place but considering the options (sardine-style RV parks in town) I will take it. The 'campground' runs along a 1-mile stretch of the road where you can park in some (not all) of the 51 sites. Some sites are tent-only, some are really too small for another more than a van or small C, and then others that will take in a full size bus. Most back (or nose) in but there are a few that allow parallel parking to the water if that is your thing. There is just enough space in each site to park and open your awning. After that you begin to cross into your neighbors site. Vault toilets and trash are in walking distance. Water is trucked in and stored in large tanks in each area, but will do no real good for anything more than filling 1-gallon jugs for tent-camping. They are gravity fed and the nozzles are so low that a 5 gallon jug will not fit below. So, bring enough water for your stay.
The water is down a bit but paths will get you there easily.
The area is a bit dirty though I have seen worse. On the noisy side too thanks to camping right off the roadway that leads into the oil storage field. You can expect to hear traffic, including trucks, all day long.
Good VZ LTE though, that helps make things better.
Van-Tramp would stay here again
