Overall Rating
The park was easy to find but be aware, the entrance is between two residential houses. The drive way veers to the left almost right away then you can see that you are in a Campground. Signage is adequate. Check in was efficient informative and friendly. The rules are fairly basic. Be aware, we had to pay CASH. No CREDIT or DEBIT Cards accepted.
Our site, 28, was a nose in that was plenty long enough for our Coach and Towed. Services (30 amp, water and sewer only) were to the left rear. Each site has a table and a fire pit. Our site was flat and even. Distancing is fair for a rural park. There is NO park included wifi.or cable TV. We did find some OTA channels. Satellite might be difficult because of the trees. Site surface was just dirt (lost a star for that). We did not use the washrooms or showers but we checked and found them clean.
There are restaurants and shops within walking distance and just a short drive away you can find food, shopping and convenience stores and many attractions. We found this park to be an okay stop over for visiting the area. We paid $55.59 (inc Tax) CASH per night and we feel we received fair value. We will be back if in the area again.

Great location, short walk to Short Sands beach and shops.
Lots of shade and great sites.
Diane and her staff are great and she can answer all of your questions about the area.
Great place, quiet and shady!
Absolutely no negatives.
This is where you want to stay!
