Overall Rating
This is a seasonal/full time resident park with few transient customers. Site had level issues, grass site they had a 2x12 ramp on the grass on the low side of the site. Utilities are at the rear of the space, water on the wrong side(passenger), the sewer connection too high off the ground. Sites are very tight, so much that the unit next to me had a petty b.s. complaint about my sewer hose laying on the outside of my sewer connection, which was "his space". There are no showers/bathrooms here, no activities other than scheduled games nights (board type games), no dog run with rules prohibiting walking dogs within the park, trees too thick for satellite, and WAY overpriced at $62 per night just for the ability to walk to the beach. The owners are very nice, but the park needs work. We would not stay here again. The beach is small, rocky, & CROWDED! The roads in to this park are narrow and crowded.

We booked 45 days here as the Wife is a travel nurse with an assignment in Portsmouth, NH. Cost was $95 per day and close to the beach that we paid in full in advance. Hospital hired full time staff and informed us they were not renewing her contract. We notified Flagg RV Park that we had to cancel and they kept 1 week of our payment. We were within their posted online cancellation policy but yet by no fault of our own penalized over $700. Please read other reviews and keep in mind that the negative ones are probably true. Will never stay here if the opportunity to be in this area comes up in the future.
