We would have loved to stay here, the sites were awesome but we could not find an empty site. Biking trails looked great. We will try here again another time.

First come, first serve. Very easy to find and get to, yet still very private and dispersed. Beautiful views in all directions. Only complaint would be the very small road noise from hwy 9 in the distance. Will come back.

Very quiet, good spacing between spots. Great for car camping. Not much bugs compared to other spots. Can get windy at certain parts of the day. Two bars on T-Mobile. You can hear families and kids in the distance, feels safe compared to other spots.

Some noise can be heard from the highway and heard coyotes this morning 😀

The side roads where our site was was unmaintained so more rocky and bumpy. Again, driving slow and carefully it's doable. We have a 32' class A and we didn't had any problems at all getting to our spot.
The site was huge. The view on the Zion NP was breathtaking. There were plenty of open spots and cell signal was strong and relialable.
Overall very quiet, nice spots, ok roads.

3rd BLM location we’ve been to in the USA and it didn’t disappoint. Added perk, cell service for Verizon. Hurricane Cliffs had amazing panoramic views from our campsite # 35, total privacy, you can walk down to the Virgin Dam and ride / walk the trail and use the vault toilets, a short walking distance from site 35. The only downfall to this site and it may just be the windy month of March but HOLY WINDY, like don’t let go of your door when you swing it open. Roads are maintained a bit on sheeps bridge but a bit bumpy, so take your time. The views are worth the swerving to miss the pot holes, to get THE SITE, trust me (pictures posted here for reference) to get to THIS exact site, turn right before you come up to the sheeps bridge hike (there’s also a vault bathroom), then go down the dirt road to the right , 35 is the last site prior to the dam, if you don’t like these sites, THERE IS a turnaround, not to worry. We made the mistake on the virgin trail and went past 25 and there was no turn around, we were in a rough spot with gusty winds but eventually got the truck and 27ft trailer turned around. That row of sites was the worst of the roads , so fair warning;) Overall, we loved this site, we’d come back, just wish the winds would let up a bit. Def worth the trip! And only 20min from Zion and in the town of Hurricane 15min is the best bbq Lonny Boy’s, a family fav, enjoy.

The hiking in this area is gorgeous and it’s only 20 minutes from Zion. We will be back.

We arrived Saturday afternoon and was able to snag a coveted spot. The main road is maintained; however, the side roads getting to the sites is a bit bumpy. The RV spots are supposed to be the first couple from the main road. But after being here, that seems more optional and a suggestion rather than enforced. We're here in the summer which means heat during the day. But the wind picks up in the afternoon, bringing a comfortable night's sleep. It's a gorgeous backdrop looking at ZNP in the background. Also, we have great AT&T service.

It was very quiet in general and had great T-Mobile and Verizon service.

This is a great layover spot. I only removed one star because I generally prefer camping away from the Main Street but this only has campsites that you pull off to - which is good for RVs and trailers. Subset is nice here and each camp site has a fire pit. Cell service is great.
