We stopped here during the day in summer 2021 to just check it out and the park was so sweet and grassy and quiet. Were excited to be able to overnight there n 2023, and found it had been "improved." Now $30 instead of $10, and there are no showers. The new 50 amp boxes are great, i guess, but the sites are kind of unfinished feeling and not level and the new picnic tables are those awful pedestal grate style. Our "site" inexplicably had two of them at odd angles to one another and not convenient to where you had to park to plug in. Great open space to let the dog run. The old 30 smp sites were grassy and cuter, but recent rains discouraged us from using them. Seems like a lot of money for what you get, but it's a peaceful country spot outside town. 4 bars Verizon and some OATV, remarkably.

Price has gone up due to a major upgrade. They have 6 new 50 amp electrical hookups, 1 hydrant in the middle of the new hookups, and 10 new picnic tables. There are also 5 older 30 amp hookups. 4 sites can handle big rigs. As mentioned in earlier review, the entrance can be a little tight I didn't have a problem. Bathrooms (pit) w... more

Got in late in the evening with high expectations. Pulling in through the mainly-deserted town could be interpreted as scary. However, following the very visible and precise signage to the campground changed that feeling. What a fantastic community building (from 1934, BTW), campground, playground, ball field…the ONLY thing missing is a dump station, but I think that would ruin the feel of this getaway. 30 and 20 amp service accessible at each site. WONDERFUL campground host lives on site to answer questions. Speaking of…the fee box is currently a mailbox near the community building. Host said it’s checked frequently, but it’s not secure. If paying by check the payee is “Blaine County”, not Zurich.

You Pretty Much Have The Place To Yourself. They do have water spigots so you can fill up. Our spot was level some are not, plenty of room for kids and pets to play outside. Nice place to spend a few day to reset and just chill. Definitely want to get some groceries before hand the next biggest town with Walmart is 30 miles away. There is however a little town in between that a place called Finley’s food farm.

Nice park back on a farm road mostly away from traffic and train noise. 30 amp electric available at sites and water nearby. Big rig friendly, shady, grass sites. Nice playground for the kids. $10 to use electric.

Nice, quiet and safe overnight from Glacier to ND. All we heard were the birds and the breeze. Dale, the host, was very accomodating and flexible. You can't beat the price!

“Way Overpriced ”
noted 7/18/2023
The price is now $30/night. There is no dump site, and the water spigots are not easily accessible. The ground is also very uneven. There is absolutely nothing in Zurich except a few ramshackle houses. I chose not to stay.
