Overall Rating
Great resort for fisherman with access to Lake Okeechobee. Boat docks are available and fishing from pier has cleaning table. Caught some nice bass. Large community center. Plenty of shopping nearby. Brand new rest rooms and shower facilities. A mixture of long term and available nightly RV sites. Nice screened in pool, and event tent. Community store. Had entertainment on Sat night. We met some very nice folks near our site. Great sunsets. Good Sam park and accepts Passport America

We got to Zachary Taylor RV Resort via our Airstream club which is holding its Fall Rally here.
The owners and staff are very friendly and easy to work with.
The location is on the water and you can sit in the screened patio and rock in a rocker (which is I’m doing right now) or get on a boat and head out to the lake.
I haven’t used the showers etc but I understand that they will be renovated soon.
We will definitely be coming back in the future.
