After Quartzsite, we were looking for something a bit more remote without neighbors and found this to work out well. The main road in from Bouse is pretty good and our 40' 5th wheel didn't have much issue with grade or tracking. Bouse is a typical old-west, small, highway centric town. This is AZ Trust land so a permit should be bought which you can do online and then get it printed out at the community library for .50c. Very nice shooting range less than 3mi out of town, limited grocery and fuel was high priced. Railroad and road noise was only noticeable when the wind got calm, which was almost never, Ha! Good hiking on the OHV trail, gotta checkout the 'Ghost cave' about 1.3miles after the payement ends. Water options were good, (RV tank fill at the Community Park for $5, Drinking water from a couple areas in town). Dump also at the Community Park but thats $45. Trash disposal free at the Transfer station (right across from the Community Park). Starlink was outstanding in this location!
A Tip for others and a note for ourselves in the future though, find a pull off further away than the main road. We don't OHV and we'd thought we were good about 100yds off but lots of OHV traffic of all kinds use this road daily, most trying to keep the dust down but some would pick up their speed as they drove by, seeming to symbolically give us the middle finger. Some longer term campers (6mo and longer) camped 'over the hill' and 'away from the off-roaders intentionally' visited one time, basically to state that complaint and never saw again.

I was very pleasantly surprised to find this state trust land camping area super close and convenient to the cute town of Bouse, AZ. The road was gravel but decent and there are a ton of pull-offs for all size rigs. Very sparsely populated with just a few other campers off at a distance. Beautiful views of town and the mountains. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to camp near Bouse which has a dollar store, a couple restaurants, a couple RV parks and a dump station.
