The campground has approx 50 sites and you are pretty much guaranteed a spot - even on long weekends. Nicely treed sites well spaced and private. Not much maintenance on the sites but for $25 a night you can’t beat it. Access roads inside the campground are narrow so may not work for really large rigs. That said there was an A Class in one site when we were there so it’s doable. No hook ups. Clean vault toilets. Host on site. Sanidump is only $2.00 (excellent value). Water fill at sanidump. Two bars of LTE on Rogers. Some highway noise. Heavily treed so not good for solar. Gas station down the road but no stores or restaurants we noticed.

This time with a 33' fifth wheel and an F450, we could not get into any site we tried. The campground was basically empty so we had our choice of sites but could not find one we could fit into without scratching the sides of the trailer or truck. The operators of this park really need to get out the old saws!! LOL, It's too bad because this would have been perfect for us if we could fit in a site.

But, it is an excellent place to spend the night while travelling on the TransCanada Hwy. Spacious sites, well back from highway so it's quiet. Lots of trees and privacy between sites. Lots of wild blueberries and saskatoon berries throughout campsite. short hiking trails along river allow a 45 minute walk through the woods. Have stayed twice en-route and will stay again.
