Overall Rating
First come first serve. Pay at the courthouse (in walking distance) or mail in payment. Little town square within walking distance. No shade, but it was nice and quiet.

This place is just a huge lot behind the downtown square with electrical boxes and a water spigot. Stayed here 3 nights in October to see the sights and recharge. Everything there is to see and do in this tiny town can be done in 1 da y. Whole town shuts down by 6pm.

“Great Little Park”

Overall Rating
Close to the square in town and 8-10 min walk to Jack Daniels. 5 hookups with 30-50 amp and water, many other sites with 25 amp service. Dump on-site. $20 per night, we were there on a weekend so will mail our payment in.

Great stop, about an hour off I-65, first come first serve. Located behind the town square. Mix of paved and grass sites. We arrived about 1:00PM and the park was empty, the site we chose had 50amp and water. 10 minute walk to Jack Daniels Distillery. If you arrive on the weekend or after 5:00 PM you have to mail your fee to the court... more
Great stop, about an hour off I-65, first come first serve. Located behind the town square. Mix of paved and grass sites. We arrived about 1:00PM and the park was empty, the site we chose had 50amp and water. 10 minute walk to Jack Daniels Distillery. If you arrive on the weekend or after 5:00 PM you have to mail your fee to the courthouse. The park was great for dogs, lots of room to walk. Couple notes of caution, On Friday they have a farmer’s market in the park so maneuvering could be tricky. Also you have to go through the town square to get to the park, if they are having an event it would be tight for bigger rigs to get through the town square.

We stayed here two nights while visiting a friend. There is a paved parking lot area and a grassy area but it was raining so we stayed on the paved area. We stayed here two nights while visiting a friend. There is a paved parking lot area and a grassy area but it was raining so we stayed on the paved area. There was one space with sewer and 50 amp service and several with power and water only and 30 amp service. We had LTE on sprint and there was also a WiFi hotspot nearby so if you have Spectrum, Cox or Xfinity (I think there were others), then you can also access the WiFi! Very close to lots of cool stuff that we unfortunately didn’t have time to check out but we will absolutely be back! The payment goes to the Trustees office but we were there on the weekend so we were instructed to mail our payment. The only drawback is the noise. There was construction going on nearby so it was kind of loud at times. The police station is super close which made us feel safe. Not that we felt unsafe but we typically stay in RV parks with gated entry so we did feel a little vulnerable but having businesses and the police station so close made us feel better. We were the only RV (27ft travel trailer) there at the time.

This park is downtown and has full hookups. Very quiet. Our only problem was weather related. It had rained for several days. At 2:45 am the sheriff woke us up saying we neede to move. A nearby creek had flooded the park and there was a foot of water under the rv! Other than that we would stay here again.
