Super clean grounds, including the large dog park. Staff always working and very friendly. Great communications concerning the park and activities within the park. Very quiet.
Only improvements would be to change the patio furniture to something that is not rusted and cut low hanging branches for better clearance for big rigs.

Stayed while our daughter was in the hospital. Staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. Park is clean and well maintained. Many sites are pricey. Local traffic is heavy, especially during rush hour. Self service RV wash just outside gates. Good size dog park. Our site was a basic FHU back in.

Reservations were easy on the national KOA site. Everything was ready at check in. The sites are nicely spaced level gravel. It appears there are some luxury sites available so I suspect you get what you pay for. The amenities were great and plentiful. These include a nice pool, dog park, basketball and tetherball courts, play equipment for kids and laundry. This could be considered a destination resort for families. The bathrooms were the nicest I have ever seen at a campground. Every site had a picnic table and fire ring. The camp Wi-Fi was inadequate but AT&T had 2 bars 5G and was good enough for streaming. Antenna got many networks. The only nearby sites are Wilmington itself which I can’t recommend due to lack of parking. I would only come here as a stopover or as a destination unto itself.

We stayed here for two nights while in Wilmington for my son's college baseball games. The service was great. We had to fill up with propane while there - they were extremely helpful with everything.
I'd stay here again for sure. Excellent place.

This is a great park! The KOA workers are the friendliest we ever met. They were so outgoing and just seemed genuinely happy. The sites were very generous in size and pretty level. Most are gravel, a few are paved. They are constantly doing improvements and working on making the park better. There is a pool, a big dog park, walking trails- one leading to a coffee shop that is delicious, lots of yard games and activities, and a playground. The bathrooms were kept very clean. It is on the expensive side, but still probably the best option for this whole area! ~10 minutes to the beach and 15 minutes from downtown.

Stayed in cabins 93-95 with Girl Scouts. Cabins were really cute and clean. All sites appeared really well maintained and clean. Nice and quiet. Minimal road noise. Delicious coffee and bagels walking distance.

Nice KOA with clean bathhouses. Our site had electric and water. Just like most KOA’s, each campsite is very close to each other. We liked our site because it backed up to some ponds that they had put aerators i. So we had the sound of falling water. Even though this is off a Main Street it is very quiet.

Being a KOA park says a lot. Best point is that the facilities were clean. Just here one night, so we weren't "eligible" for a better site.
