This was not an intended stop but we were experiencing trouble with our truck and it was the nearest town with services to where we discovered our problem. We were warmly greeted and with nearly no notice given a spot. The host was sympathetic to our problem and said it would not be a problem if we had to extend beyond the one night should our mechanical problem take longer to resolve than wished for.
We were given a spot near the entrance so did not see the entirety of the park. It did not appear inviting beyond the front of the park. There are several full-time residents and several run down campers, but the place was peaceful enough. There is restrooms and laundry room but we didn't check them out. There is some road noise off the interstate and the local highway, but not overly much. Spaces are a little tight but otherwise level. Services across the interstate. And happily the Wifi was fast and more reliable than others we've experienced. We chose it over the local KOA as we tend to avoid those. If we were here again we would likely choose it over the KOA again.

Bitter cold tho, so light your furnace! Was 14 degrees the night I stayed! Otherwise perfect for a quick nights stop. Check in is by phone, Vicki is very nice. Easy. I really only used the restroom for my night there. It was clean. The showers are fine. The WiFi worked fine.
The highway sound didn’t bother me at all.

Paid $30 for a single night stay. Full hookups (50amp power, 55psi water, sewer). I booked 2 nights for a $5 discount paying cash. In Covid-19 times it was self check in at the front of the office. The bathrooms (didn't use) and laundry (2 washers and 1 dryer, takes quarters) were on a coded door lock.
Spots were long enough although they varied in sized. Most spots had a metal picnic table, no fire rings. Road and spots were gravel, not too level but manageable. Full-hookups were in great condition.
Most of the park is permanent residents, the front 2 rows (on Frontage Rd and and close to 25) are pull-through spots for the short-term stays. I stayed 2 nights and saw many rigs come in late and leave early the next day. Besides the highway 25 noise the park is generally quiet. There's a goat farm next to the park (no smell!) that was amusing at times.
The host Vicky, over the phone, was very helpful and would give directions to the local grocery store, etc.

Neat tidy RV Park. Clean restrooms. On frontage road of I-25, so some road noise. Easy self check-in after hours. Coded bathroom access.
