I choose this place based on google map reviews since there is no dry camping in the area. Site was level, has laundry, full hookups, ice & a row boat & kayak is provided to use on the lake. All included in the price of $48.00. I had 3 kids so it was $10 for 1 extra person. There’s a little road noise but not that bad.

We stopped on short notice in June. They had availability. Right on the road but beautiful lake. It had very clean flushing toilets by our site #30. Host was very nice. They also had laundry and showers. They have row boats and canoes free for use in the lake as well. Only reason I didn’t give it a five star was mosquito’s but ... more

“Very pleasant experience. Some road noise, but the little lake and friendly staff more than make up for it.”

We picked this place on short notice due to some logistical issues disrupting our original plans. We are pretty happy and may well stay here on our way back from Alaska. Nice spacing between sites, nice views of the hills, nice little lake and the use of the boats is fun. The host/owners were very helpful and enjoyable to visit with. They suggested some good stops in Clinton (Emporium and Museum!!!). Electric voltage was good despite needing A/C.
