We definitely enjoyed our stay at the campground. My kiddos priority is always the playground and we definitely used it frequently! Our site was f12, and it was situated about half way from the park and the bathrooms. Given a little more planning I would have preferred to be next to one or the other (lower number campsites are towards the playground, higher numbers towards the bathrooms). There are picnic tables, a charcoal grill and a fire pit at each site. Some of the sites had a cover over the picnic table, f12 does not (they appeared to be every other campsite perhaps?) a sewer hookup would have made it perfect but the dump station was easy to use. The bathrooms were a toilet/changing table/sink/shower all in one room, and it was functional but not especially clean and the shower didn’t drain well. There were lots of trees for shade, and the campground was very peaceful. At the end of the row of camp sites next to the bathrooms there was a turn around, very helpful to be able to approach our site from the other side for ease of backing in. The playground has a ADA swing as well as the squishy foam flooring, a huge plus for toddlers and kiddos with special needs. The picnic tables close to the playground and those under the nearby pavilion also had handicap accessible tables.
The closest store is a dollar general or gas station about 10 minutes from camp. The campground is about 25 minutes from downtown Little Rock.
Overall enjoyed the experience!

The campsite here is big with great views of the lake.
However the dump station is not totally operational. You can still use the sewage connector but you need to clear out some of the construction rubble and there is no water at the dump station. Also the public bathrooms are dirty, full of bugs and are poorly ventilated.

Lots of space between campsites. Great electricity! I like the added security of the all in one bathroom/shower combo as I’m not a fan of the row of showers in most bathhouses.
Sunsets on the river were amazing.

Tons of areas to walk around and explore.
Weird trash can set up- some in the day use area none in the campground. Day use area is 0.1 mi from camp and dumpsters at dump station are 0.6mi from camp.

Verizon - 30.0 down, 2.64 up but sketched out a lot
ATT- 12.1 down, 7.16 up - reliable
Friendly host.
Super quiet. Beautiful skies at night. Sunrises and sunsets across the water.
Sites- camp area has a weird unspoken dividing line at the parking lot half way through camp. Like east side west side story. Sites 10-21 closest to bathhouse are nearly full, lots of long term stays with run down rigs, stuff all over the site, sewer hose connected to run into the trees and water and by the smell of it gate valve open (gross), and people sleeping in vehicles. Sites 1-9 are where the people staying a night or two go. And both sides keep to themselves. It’s so odd. Some sites have concrete pads that have a bit of a ramp leading up. The pads have a sharp drop on each side, and are narrow. The steps then open up to leave you with an awkward step down. I wouldn’t stay in those- sites 1, 3, 8, 9- those are no. Most the sites look level and flat except 5 has a slight incline. Sites 10-21 are closer to the water, level with the ground, beautiful area. Site 10 doesn’t have a water view- website says it does but it’s blocked entirely by trees. 20 and 21 have huge amounts of space.
Instacart delivers to the campground.

Very quiet camp. Most of the sites were full, and I don’t think I heard one person during our whole stay. The park is very pretty, and the sunsets are amazing!
Our site was overlooking the water, and bugs were no concern during mid sept.
Sites are open to each other, but there are trees throughout making some nice shade.

My family stayed here overnight.
Absolutely lovely, pretty easy to fit our 41 fifth wheel in our spot.
Hookups included electric and water
There is a great playground for kids to play on. It’s worth a stop in if you are in the area.

This is a lovely campground right on the Arkansas River only about 20 minutes from downtown Little Rock. Our site was right along the Arkansas River and sites along the other side are right on the banks of Willow Lake. We actually did not read the fine print and stayed out in downtown Little Rock after 10 pm our first night and found ourselves locked out when we returned. We walked up to host campsite from the locked gate. They could not have been nicer and drove us back to the gate, opened it and gave us the lock code for the following day which we used. Apparently the hosts try to visit everyone to remind them of the gate closure and give them the lock code in case they need it. The reason I do not recommend our site #F15 in spring is that the tree above it was dropping flower pods like crazy. It was quite a mess to cleanup from our slide tops before pulling them in. Other than that everything was great. We had a paved site that was level enough. We had a nice covered picnic table. It looked like our site was the only one with a major tree dropping issue. Every other site looked clean. I would definitely come back and stay in another site. Park restrooms were antisepticly clean. And the park was nice and quiet at night!

None, But, we learned how to un-load car from dolly, detach dolly, back in car, manually back in dolly, back in 37’ Class A, re-attach dolly, re-load car. Thick and long concrete pad, concrete picnic table under shelter, water and electric and a fire ring. An amazing new playground across from our site, and this is part of the day use park as well as more picnic shelters, basketball court, boat launch, fishermen. The river is right behind most of the sites, with sprawling grass between sites and shoreline. Bathhouse at the opposite end of campground, but we didn’t need to use it. Dump station on the way out at the entrance. TV channels, internet signal and phone service very good. Beautiful place! Everything is done online so it didn’t even matter that no one was in the entrance station, we just went to our site. Did I mention how beautiful it is? Easy to get to off highway. They do have gates that will close at a certain time. We will come again, though not when towing a car.
