Stayed overnight, pleasant staff, easy to find, large, level pull-through site. Didn't seem to be an issue with with sand spur. Or goat head stickers. Very clean and well maintained park.

Just did an overnight and it was a great place for that. Restrooms and showers are immaculate, large and very air conditioned. Came in just after office closed so didn’t meet any staff in person, but they were very friendly over the phone. For after hours arrival they put a folder with everything you need in the foyer of the office.

A pleasant overnight stop. Each site was hard packed gravel, grass was reasonably well trimmed. Faculty is in good condition. I was in the middle of the park and the freeway noise was acceptable inside my camper. Very heavy rain overnight but the gravel and grass puddled very little, absorbed most of the water.

AT&T coverage was excellent, with 5 Bars of 5G service and speeds up to 10 MB/s. We had an unobstructed view of the sky and so we were able to receive all 3 SW Dish satellites and the Resort WiFi was decent with ~2.5 MB/s. We didn’t try to load any OTA channels or set up Starlink.

The only problem with access is because it sits on the interstate you can only access it from one direction, but that wasn't really a problem.
Our only complaint was the people with dogs that create a problem for the rest of us with dogs. As with most parks there are dog owners that will not pick up after them. One thing at this park was there were people (I'm guessing they were long term people) that treated the dog park like their own personal space. They would take there large aggressive dogs and drop them off at the dog park and then leave, go down to another RV and have a beer. There was also a couple of groups that had large dogs (Boxers and Dobermans) that never had their dogs on a leash, they just ran loose around there RV.
It was a little dusty, but most people were good about driving slow enough not to stir up the dust.

Stop-over for 1 night while traveling through the area, right off I-20 easy off/on. Big rig friendly, wide roads, long pull through. Good power & water. Very clean. We would stay here again.

A real general store, dog park, laundry, large pull-in site with real patio furniture (mostly new), and other amenities we didn’t use. We stayed again on our way home - this time making it a destination site for a few days. I highly recommend. Easy in and out from the highway but surprisingly not a lot of noise.
