First of all, be aware that, with a nod to The Weather Channel, getting from SR 40 to this park is truly The Highway Through Hell. Sandy, rutted, bumpy, narrow and just downright horrible, Once you get to the park, there is a hand-drawn site map. Be aware that what appears to be a pull-through and is represented as a pull-through (" 30 Amp Pull Through RV Site 25 Subtotal $44.00") is not really a pull-through. And the WiFi mentioned in the rules doesn't exist, not does the CATV which has a place to attach coax but produces no TV. There are about 8 local on-air channels and our AT&T was four bars and strong enough to stream YouTube TV.
The cover on the 30 amp receptacle was broken off and the cap on the sewer connection was cracked and almost impossible to remove without tools. Mostly long-termers here, based on the clutter and utter disregard for parking appropriately. And for those with pets, be aware that there are a plethora of ant hills of varying sizes, all of which are very active.
In summary, could have been a textbook testament to "you get what you pay for" - but only if we paid around $15.00. TOTAL FAIL.

Nice level sites with full hook-ups. Laundry, showers and a clubhouse. We were meeting a friend here and the staff was very nice about putting us close to them. Many of the residents seem to be winter snow-birds who were neighborly and friendly. There's nothing exceptional about the park but it's a nice enough place to spend a few days. If you have Passport America it's a great value.
Jeneric Ramblings would stay here again
