Overall Rating
Very clean, well organized park. Perfect place for people who love their dogs and know how to take care of them. The owner and manager, Roy, is warm and kind and very helpful. I wish I could put this park in a magic purse and take it everywhere I go.

Overall Rating
Roy is the owner for this new RV park. So friendly! Worked with us in several delays and acted like long lost friend when we finally arrived. Nice store on site with antiques and various homemade jams, dressings and sauces. Tastings encouraged.
Large pull through sites. Large well secured dog park. Some monthly renters but well maintained and rules concerning anything outside unit. Water hook up a bit unusual but works.

“Closet racist ”

The first 7 months were good but the owner soon became very nasty and controlling. If we had anyone over for a bbq he would come over and ask who they were and what we were doing. In fact every time we were outside he did that. The owner Roy is very nice at first but it's only so he can get information than he goes and talks bad about you to other campers. We really should have left after the first few months but ot was closer to my husband's job. The grounds are beautiful but that's about all you get. In the 13 months we've been here I have seen him allow everyone to break is long list of rules but we have not been allowed to do anything and have been told a few times that we have to stop this or that but have seen the neighbors do the exact same thing and it's ok. When I questioned him about that behavior he became enraged and kicked out. He says he's not racist but his behavior says otherwise. If your white or only staying a short time you should be ok. For a long term stay he is more expensive than the other campgrounds and will not respect your privacy.
