Overall Rating

Pleasant park with many small mobile homes in close proximity to each other. Small lots, narrow gravel roads. Beautiful new bathrooms look like quality hotel facilities. Newer washers and dryers, clean facilities. Several clothes lines available near laundry for that fresh air smell. Summertime low humidity is wonderful. Most mobile homes appear to be well maintained from 1960's to 1980's, with a few more modern units. Very quiet park super close to Walmart and medical facilities.
