Loud, loud, and did I mention loud? There's probably a sewage plant nearby.
Avoid at all costs.

You'll have to sleep like the dead in order to get any rest. I thought since they closed at 11pm it would be quite and it might normally be but, all night long there was a car with such a sensetive alarm that if a gnat pee'd on it the alarm would go off, also my advice do not park near the Tractor Supply side at 4:30 am they had a forklift unloading a truck that seemed to only go in reverse (beep, beep, beep) and all the birds I don't think they coulda been any louder if the had a megaphone :) and you knew when the employees arrived I don't think a single one of them had a muffler. I don't think I could stay there or suggest it unless it's an emergency or you're a sound sleeper. On a positive note I did have great cell sevice (Verizon) could stream youtube videos in HD with no buffering or lag with my hotspot.

March 2019. Free stay with zero hassle, didn't push more than a 1-night stay. Only drawbacks: Should park on the garden side of store, at the back. Parking lot is huge, so that is quite a walk to the store. Night I stayed had about 5-6 RV's and vans, no crowding. Drawback: Area is a huge shopping area of all kinds of stores, so traffic along side roads and Walmart entrance/exit is "trafficky" and can be somewhat annoying, but other than a multi-camera security station located in the RV parking area that occasionally verbally advises it is watching the lot, no notable bothersome security. The good: Store is open 24x7. Because the parking lot is so big, you won't feel like you are impinging on shoppers parking spaces. This Walmart has a few more stocked items geared for RV crowd ( but nowhere near as much as Parker, AZ). McDonald's inside is open 21 hours a day if you need that late night fast food fix. Other stores in the area will provide ALL your other shopping needs if not happy with selections. This Walmart has LESS garbage cans in the parking lot than most, so not as easy to off-load your trash 😒. No apparent roving riff-raff, pretty safe place. Fast, reliable internet speeds, typical of a well-developed City.
