Our campground experiences have run the gamut and this one was the best. Great facilities. Extremely clean and employees were knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. We pull a small trailer and easy in and out of our site. Sites are well maintained, a good size and nestled in trees that almost made it feel private. There are a couple of trails from the campground that were a very pleasant walk.
Highly recommend!

Very nice private campground in Door County. Felt like I was back in summer camp when I was a kid. Got a FHU site (had to get on wait list to get it) although the neighbors were close and not much privacy. More trees or vegetation would help.

This was our first trip to Door County and we were lucky to have been able to get a site at this fantastic campground. Well kept, spacious, peaceful and thoroughly enjoyable. We will be returning next year!

This is truly a beautiful, spotlessly clean, large campground. The sites are themselves are huge! Not only are they spacious and meticulously groomed, there is more room between the sites than any place we have ever stayed. The woods are beautiful, the staff is super nice and helpful and we definitely would like to come back and stay for more than one day. While in Door County, we tried 4 different campgrounds, this one was/is by far the nicest one.
The bathrooms are the nicest we have ever seen at any campground, anywhere. There are almost as nice as you would find in a high-end, boutique hotel somewhere. I'm not kidding!
If there were any negatives at all, and for us there aren't, is that the wi-fi is non-existent at the campsites, you have to be by the office area to get a signal. Cell service is also a little weak, but again, that doesn't bother us at all. We like to getaway from all of that. Also, I don't think that any of the sites have sewer hookups, which also didn't matter to us, they have a dump station and that's all we care about.
All in all, highly recommended!

Off the more tourist ridden path, beautiful forested camp, very well cared for clean and modern yet makes you feel miles from everything. Close to tourist attractions and bays. Very quiet and so peaceful. Would absolutely recommend and stay again. Ok Wi Fi Good bath facilities, nearby walking trails.

This is our second stay at this great campground. Staff is courteous and knowledgeable, the sites are spacious and well groomed, and the trees provide a sense that you’re really in the forest (which you are). Many fun things to see and go, including Grandma’s Swedish Bakery a short hike away. We will definitely be back!

Very friendly camp staff, exceptionally new and clean bathrooms, and extremely level sites for campers. I would say the prime locations are the even number 500's but there are truly no bad spots. Cell service is next to none, but it's good to come and disconnect. Very close to Rowleys Bay Resort, which has a "bar" and a cute bakery. Loved this quiet side of the peninsula, where the stars are bright and the noise is low.

This is the cleanest, quietest and more well organized campground you will ever stay at. Honestly, the owner must be a bit obsessive. For example, the level crushed gravel you park on is raked. Yes. And if you need to take them some more, they let you borrow the rake. Example number two, they metal detector the impeccable yellow sand in the kiddie playground to make sure there is no dangerous buried trash. The gardens are gorgeous. Thick wooed between each campsite. Tasteful camp shop with sweet merchandise. Very helpful staff. And Door county hiking and beaches are amazing. It doesn’t get better than this.
