“Old time campground in tall pine woods near a cafe and country store”

Reviewed 7/11/2022

Nightly rate: $36
Days stayed: 7
RV Length: 33' (Class A)
Overall Rating

It is now part of the Mineral Lodge, cafe and motel. Older type of resort which has been kept going by the proximity to Lassen National Park. Cafe is great. Store is better than most campground stores. Campground is in working order, Dirt pads. Full hookup 30a. Not for the person who likes a modern resort but perfect if you like tall pines, deer and birds and mice.

“Easy in and out and access to Lassen”

Checkin is a bit slow and old school. Site was level and in the forest. Water did leak, but still worked fine. Great place to drop a trailer before heading into Lassen.
