“Great for a stopover!”

First come, first served. You self register at the front office. All sites are full hookup. Great price of $20 if you have Passport America. Sites are shady, but very narrow. Rigs over 30ft may have some issues getting out of a few of the sites. It was just want we needed: a place to stopover and dump our tanks. There is laundry, but we didnt use it. The train is close, but with our AC on we only heard the horns a few times. We didn't notice any shaking and didn't hear any trains through the night. The RV park was very quiet and felt safe. We were pleasantly surprised and would definitely stay again.

“This is a pit stop RV park ”

This RV park is more of a long-term park with about a half dozen pull-through spots in the center. You "self-register" as there is not a staffed office, as such. The one person we encountered on the grounds ("Bob") was very friendly and helpful. He was a permanent resident, I believe.
The sites were narrow, but long enough for our 32ft plus CRV toad. The laundry area had 4 washers (water miser front-loaders... $1.50) and 2 very large and efficient dryers.
The park itself was nice with easy access from hwy 99. It had several mature trees and was maintained in fair condition. The tain track is less than a 1/4 mile away which is HEAVILY TRAVELED at all times of day or night. It was loud but what was the most unsettling was the way the ground shook with train traffic!
Overall, it was a good value with the Passport America discount, being able to cycle laundtry, and flush & fill our tanks.
