Stayed here for two nights in a tent. We didn’t go all the way up to the top because we wanted some wind cover from the trees. Great spot, lots of people in tents, campers and RVs along the whole road. People kept space and stayed respectful.... Read more

Stayed here in a tent for two nights, left the tent during the day while going to Custer SP and nobody bothered it. About 2 miles on a gravel road and then multiple turn ins for tents and campers. 4 RVs was there at the same time as us. Very quiet... Read more

"Great place to camp with a tent, right next to the prairie dogs"

Great place to camp, lots of space but most of the spots fill up around sunset. No water but toilets. It was quiet and protected from the wind. Woke up to a bison on the other side of the river, best campground I’ve been to.

Great place to camp, we had a tent and there was space from probably 7-10 tents. Portable water in multiple places. Only problem was the train tracks behind the park. Around 6 trains passed, latest at 11:30pm and earliest at 5:00am, it was okay... Read more
