You have four miles of paved road to choose a site from on either side.
Quiet at night.
Area is very flat/level easy to navigate.
Full unboosted cell signal with sprint.

Easy dirt road access off of cattle tank road. Bigger rigs would be wise to scout ahead and consider using one of the three or four sites nearest the cattle tanks area for easy turn around. Smaller rigs can go further back with ease.
