We entered via access road 3 on Bluewater Parkway. True boondock site next to dunes with gorgeous views of the gulf. Trash receptacles provided near access road entry/exit points. Hard packed sand allowed driving down the Long Beach easy. Only downside was the amount of trash on the beach. We picked up a large garbage bag of trash from the area...

We had a pull through site with full hookups. The area was well laid out with miniature golf, a fishing pond, many nature walks, a boat dock, showers and coin op laundry. Grounds were clean. Lots of birds and deer. Gated entry points for security but easy access for campers. Site had picnic table, charcoal grill, fire ring. Very family friendly...

Easy access from I-75. Nice quiet campground. Gravel sites. Shaded sites and open sites. Office friendly. New name Cedar Break.

Same situation as northbound rest area. Signs everywhere stating no overnight parking. Too bad as both rest areas are nice and not right on highway.

I called the number listed for this listing and was told I could overnight so we pulled in. Signs everywhere saying overnight parking prohibited. There’s no one to speak to. Rather than risk getting chased out, we decided to leave.
