Owners and all the park host's all very friendly and approachable. LOTS of thought has gone into designing the atmosphere of the park and how you might use it. Art, creativity, aesthetics and conveniences are a big part of the surroundings. The individual RV sites are easily accessible...

Right off I-15 to the left. Access road is gravel but easy to get in and out. We are a 40’ 5er. Stay right if you’re big, there are about 6 huge back in sites. Sites are well maintained. Potable water available. Great 2ish mile trail hike off the campground which gives you a beautiful view from the top.
We stayed one night on our way to the Black Hills. We appreciated the pull thru site since we’re a class C pulling a pick up (didn’t want to unhook to back up). You do have to pay the daily use park fee unless you’ve already got an annual SD park pass. We ended up buying the annual pass bc we’re going to more state parks on our trip. The host...
