We came for the fishing. Not disappointed. It is windy here most of the time. But it is a very convenient place to stay over night on the way to somewhere else. Just off the highway but traffic noise isn't an issue.

Worth the 10 mile drive off the I-10 freeway. Paved road all the way and actually in way better shape than I-10. We are just boondoucking our way from TX to CA so this is a nice break from Walmart & rest areas.
Wanted easy access to beach walks, they have that. Easy to get in and out of with our 38' rig! Nice and easy check in ! Lots of extra ways of staying here if you don't have RV unit. Yurk, tents, vintage trailer, Airsteam, and park cabins .

Friends invited us or we wouldn't have stayed here cause it isn't our kind of place....but once in and you notice how friendly everyone is and then out the back fence is the coolest hiking, biking or ATV/UTV around ! If we are in this area again...

would stay again. They gave us coupons for a RV wash our first one . For dinner and $% for casino . That isn't something we would do again all though the food was good we just aren't gamblers. But if you are it is a very nice one!
