We stayed here four nights and really enjoyed the location and closeness to Dahlonega.
Gravel spaces, but pretty level.
Absolutely no cell service for Verizon or AT&T.
Wi-Fi was iffy with an extender.

Very nice little park. Easy to find and access.
Lady in the office was kind over the phone and I found the “after hours” box really smart.
Laundry facilities are nice and affordable.
Close to town, with food eats.
