This is not an encore or 1000 trails property despite what it says and advertisements. It is a live in camp for contractors working in the area has not made for RVs or overnight stays.

Overrated and expensive sites are very close and about 2/3 of the park is full time residents. Supposed to be 80 sites out of 300. A lot of hiway noise from 101 and no grass. Said they have propane from 8:00am to dusk 5 days a week but in reality... Read more
