"FREE dump site"
Spent the night at Pembina campground and paid $5 to dump on the way out and fill with water. Then found this FREE station in town but the water is not potable. So I guess I really paid $5 to fill the water tank.

"Dump and fill for FREE"
Site is clean and easily accessible. Parking area is sloped up just a little which might prevent a full dump if your drain is on the front of the tank. Water is potable but comes from the same spigot used for dumping. Looks like there's also...
