"Last Minute Stay"
We didn’t fit in the available spots; we Parkes on the side, the owner let us park for $30- same as a tent spot . Very nice, answered the phone quickly. Very clean park.

"Staff Was Great, Water Fill Was Fast, Propane! "
We have been boondocking and needed water, black and grey dump and propane. All in one! We are 36’ toyhauler fifth wheel and a big truck and we fit. Great stop to get your rig ready to go boondocking more!

"Primitive Only- Excellent Boondocking"
We stayed here 3 nights. No issues. Very quiet. Could see the lights of mesquite and Littlefield and the freeway. Rigs coming and going. Closer to the Littlefield side not sure about closer to Mesquite.

Easy after hours check in with a treat and a Poo bag for our pooch. Ended up staying two extra days cause we didn’t want to leave. Easy access to mesquite but out of the way of the traffic. Quiet , next to a golf course. Still in construction...

"Clean and quiet "
Easy check in. The park is clean and well maintained. There is a big dog park area for your pooch complete with baggies. Laundry and shower for daily campers. Someone started a puzzle, so go finish it!

"Good place to stop"
It isn’t a resort but Jeff is easy to work with and the hookups were good. 39’ trailer it worked great for us. Would stop here again cause it’s close to the grandkids
