This campground is for military only. This was $42 (E6 pay grade) for a tight parking spot squeezed in between other campers. We hear helicopters throughout the night so getting a peaceful night sleep was difficult. They did have clean showers...

"Wooded Campground Right Off Highway "
Nice spaced out campground off the highway. All the campgrounds in this area are off the highway but this one was spaced out more and had lots of trees. Water pressure in showers was nice and we always had hot water.

Some Sites Were In The Dense Trees So Good Privacy. Not far from the Sun Canyon Lodge that has a small bar/restaurant

"Park near lake when not dried up"
We went here to stay on the lake and fish, but by Labor Day weekend the lake was dried up and no where near this campground. It was now a mud boggy place for off road trucks and atvs. Sites seemed kind of close to each other.

"Nice paved campground "
Nice wooded campground, all paved roads and pull through sites. All sites had water hook up and electricity. Short ride on the bikes brought you to the lake and beach.
