This is nothing fancy, a clean, safe spot to pull over for the night to sleep on a long trip.
But $70 is just way too much for a dirt lot on the highway.

I hope it's not permanent. They have an excavator there and the area has all been graded (no more grass). There are also big rocks asking the river side (maybe to limit parking?). Not sure of the plan, but closed for now. April 15, 2022

Three sites by the fishing access with fire pits and tables. Two can accommodate big rigs. Also a spot when you first come in (not on the water) works with a pull through.
Water was low for fishing, but really beautiful!

Free dump, nothing fancy, just ask at the service desk. Also have propane and parts, we got a new latch for our door and handles for the grey water tank, cheaper then on Amazon.

Well spaced out and level area that was mostly empty on MLK weekend in January. Easy for any vehicle that can make it over the pass (take hwy 35, not the road from Silver City). Nice short walk to the river below. Easy access to the general store...
