Very close to cell towers, close to several nice trails, river, lakes, and public beaches as well as urban areas with everything you’d expect from a small city.
Very small swimming pool and playground for the kids.

First time camping with my 40 ft 5th Wheel.
Easy to get in and out.
Good AT&T service during the day, at night may be a little slow if everyone is streaming.
