"Loved this campground and the host was super responsive and helpful."

I stayed in late July and it was a bit chilly. The lake is gorgeous, had three bars on the T-Mobile home internet router and no problem working until I mashed the adapter and had to rent a desk at the co-work space in Leadville which was close by... Read more

"Love this place, the BEST views!"

The good: Great views, close to the Sand Dunes, basically free electricity, good phone and internet, dump and trash station. Free if you have a fishing, hunting or SWA pass. Otherwise it's $10 for the pass which you can get at the little store... Read more

"A big parking lot "

All of the roads coming in are good, getting good TMobile internet but will find another place tomorrow. I just don't feel like a wide open parking lot is camping.
