Stayed here for a night and really enjoyed the ducks. They are quite friendly and will not hesitate to come right on up to you. Bathrooms were closed due to COVID. Nice and quiet, even being next to the highway.

Stayed here so that I could have a quick little drive to White Sands NP in the morning. Happened to catch a storm/flash flood. Lots of cars stopped while roads flooded or to take pictures, but overall pretty quiet spot.

The road is a bit bumpy, but otherwise super accessible. I rolled in around 9 and there were about 5 cars from locals who were partying. Normally I wouldn't be bothered by this cause you do you, but one guy became belligerent and a fight broke... Read more
