Definitely not free, but it’s flat and they have non potable water to rinse. Open business hours, closed most days by 4:30pm.

"Cheap in an expensive place but run down"
Some of the small buildings are falling down and the showers were old. But they were clean and had very hot water. We asked dot stay down the grassy lane away from all of the full timers, and it was $5 less because it wasn’t full hookups there....
