This is a nice little park just off I10. Amenities are nice, close access to the Guadalupe River, and the owner met us as we arrived. Our only complaint is the noise from the highway. Outside, it's nearly unbearable, at least on the side of the park nearest the interstate. Our site was the last one, closest to the interstate, so one of the noisiest sites. However, there is a pool, gathering area, play area for the kids and a dump station. Verizon service was 25 down, 1 up; Tmobile was 130 down, 78 up.

We were greeted on the phone by a very friendly lady while booking. Upon arrival it wasn’t like your standard campground. It is mostly full timers living there. Site is not maintained (cleaned, someone left a water filter and a couple trash items) but ours was pretty level (no level blocks needed). We texted her to let her know we were 15 mins out, we thought she would show up to complete the check in but she said she would catch up with us later to collect (we were going to pay cash) but she never did so we had her run our card.
The pool was clean and refreshing even though it pretty much sits right next to the interstate (you could probably hit a semi or a car if you threw a rock 😝). The fact that we were right next to the interstate, we did not have noise from it at our site (more in the back of the park). We also had 2 ac units running.
Wi-Fi was adequate, tv was decent (antenna not cable).
The bathroom/laundry was old and needs to be replaced. My son needed to use the toilet as we got there before we could finish setting up and it was filthy (I had Clorox wipes at least).
It was easy in/out and for the 16 hrs. We needed. I would continue on to the KOA not much further in San Antonio.
She gave us a Good Sams discount. I give her 2 stars one for her being so polite and 1 for the pool. But I wouldn’t stay there again.

Managers Joe and Jenny greeted us at almost midnight, helped us park, and allowed us to check out a little later since we came late, I was having some mechanical/electrical issues and Joe was a blessing to quickly resolve the problem for me the next day! Nice area, right off the HWY, minutes walking distance from river .
The 34Foot Gospel Bus would stay here again

Lovely managers, nice park, very quiet. Sites are tight but adequate. A few turns from the hwy to get to the park, but worth it.
Peacetrain would stay here again
