“Awful campground with even worse management”

This place is awful! We were harassed by the property manager Jack immediately after our arrival. We intended on a long term stay with this park and received multiple complaints from Jack in regards to “rules”. This place is awful! We were harassed by the property manager Jack immediately after our arrival. We intended on a long term stay with this park and received multiple complaints from Jack in regards to “rules”. However, Jack’s rules are custom per individual so don’t assume just because others in the park can do certain things that you will be allowed to as well. Within less than a week we were told we were not a good fit for the park and ask to leave over a major holiday weekend. If you’re looking for a place with dilapidated sites, fire ant and flea infestations, a highway as your neighbor, an awful manager and crotchety old neighbors then this is the place for you! Otherwise I would go anywhere else. Plus, for the prices they are asking you could easily find a place with real amenities!

Photos are very old. Pool no longer exists. No amenities outside of coin laundry facility. No Wi-Fi. AT&T can be installed. Not really set up for short time visit. Monthly rate is very high considering the non existent amenities.

We were able to get the last spot available in the park for 7 days while our tow vehicle got repaired. The people in the office were very nice and super accommodating with us staying night to night and even managed to give us more nights than were initially available. We were able to get the last spot available in the park for 7 days while our tow vehicle got repaired. The people in the office were very nice and super accommodating with us staying night to night and even managed to give us more nights than were initially available.
The campground is home to many full-time and seasonal residents. Some sites are well kept and others not so much.
Our campsite was pretty challenging to get into. The guy that escorted us to our site brought us in one way and then we all realized it would be impossible to get in, so we had to back out, drive around the campground and come at it from the opposite direction.
The pool is nice and laundry room is nice and clean according to my husband. $1.50 to wash, $1.50 to dry.
Everyone was very friendly and we were really fortunate that Twelve Oaks was able to accommodate us.
