In our experience it was delightfully quiet and peaceful. Bring a good water filter -- the water has a heavy iron content that does not fully dissipate when you let it run. Our inexpensive camco filter seemed to handle it well. Downtown Springfield is charming but small. We took easy day trips to nearby Woodstock and the Harpoon brewery in Windsor. Bellows Falls is also worth a visit.
We had 3 bars with AT&T. It was actually faster than the WiFi.
The campground borders not one but two state parks with miles of single and double-track trails. One is accessible next door, the other is across the street. We leashed our dog in the campground but were able to let him run to his heart's content once on the trails. (They have a dog park, too. It's quite small. We opted for the trails.) We felt very lucky to have such a great exercise opportunity.
We would gladly camp at Tree Farm Campground again!

Didn’t have much WiFi or cell signal, but close enough to Springfield that you can e-bike into town and go to the coffee shop if you need to work. No issues with water sewer or electric. It’s a bit of a walk to the dumpster and “dog park”, but no harm in getting a few extra steps in a day. Most fireflies I’ve ever seen!

We hiked with our dogs, got a run in and also biked to the Toonie Trail. The owners were super nice and helpful. If you can get a back in site here, they are the best for privacy that we like since we have two yellow labs. Wood on site but you have to go in town for ice. Sites were all dirt surface. Overall a great stay.

I can’t say enough good things about this place. Sites are spacious, heavily wooded and nicely separated with full 3 point hookups in most of them. Staff is tremendously friendly and helpful. To top it off the rates are some of the lowest I have seen in a private campground. The only drawback as I see it is that there isn’t a whole heck of a lot to do in the area but if you are looking for a GREAT place to kick back and relax for a week or two in Vermont this is the place.

The staff are very friendly. They escorted us to our campsite when we arrived and even delivered the firewood we bought at the store to our campsite.
The roads to get to the campground are hilly and curvy but the drive is well worth it.

Nice campground with lots of maple trees, spacious sights with full hookup including cable tv if you want it. $5 extra if you use your air conditioning. The hosts where very friendly and gave me one free bundle of wood because I am a veteran. Bathhouse closed due to Covid19. I would return anytime.

We stayed in September 2018. This is a family owned campground and the hosts were gracious and made us feel welcome from the time we arrived. Check-in was easy and they gave us a choice of sites to choose from. We chose a pull-thru site with full hook-ups, including cable. This campground is really in the woods although you drive through residential areas to get to it. It's an easy 5 minute ride to the town of Springfield.
Very rustic office with a nice selection of RV stuff, snacks and souvenirs. Bath houses are older and rustic, but were very clean. No laundry facilities- there are a few choices in town. WiFi was fine for checking email. Campground was quiet day and night, but this was late September. I think it would be a fun place in the summer, and probably more bustling. Many sites were seasonal rentals.
Location was good for exploring Windsor and Woodstock areas- a scenic 30-45 minute motorcycle ride. We loved visiting the American Precision Museum in Windsor, VT. For dinner one night, we rode over to the Sumner House in Charlestown, NH. We really enjoyed the hospitality, history, and dinner in an early 1800's judge's house.
Overall, we would stay here again. We would have stayed longer, but the sites are dirt and heavy rain was coming the day we left and we didn't want a mess.
