They were very helpful getting us checked in and trying to get our rig repaired. The only unfortunate part was the dogs roaming loose and the dog poop in the campsite. Not sure if that’s a coincidence or the last campers left it there. Either way, not nice.
Rick would stay here again

They are very strict about the 5MPH speed limit, one day we were leaving and needed to stop by the office and one of the workers flew up to us on a tractor doing at least 25MPH and yelled at us to obey the 5 mph, we thought we were going about 5MPH. Apparently, the speed limit is different for cars and trucks than it is for tractors and golf carts.
You need a gate code to get in, but you don’t get that until you check-in, so if there is no one around when you arrive you wait until someone answers the phone to let you in.
We were only going to be here a few nights visiting family in the area, but issues with our truck caused us to stay a week. Our site was at the very back of the park and a very unlevel back-in spot, we called to see if they had a different space, but they said they had nothing. Because we were visiting family, we left every day and there were always empty pull-through spots at the front of the park.
Office staff was very unfriendly, the two times we had to go into the office they acted like you really interrupted them by coming in. The office was a complete mess, very trashy and dirty, there were papers, food containers and junk pile everywhere. They did have a small store, but you couldn’t really tell what was for sale and what was trash. We will probably look for someplace else to stay when we are back in this area.

There’s some noise from the nearby interstate highway, but it’s not bad. The water has a metal or mineral smell. Probably perfectly safe, but I wouldn’t drink it if I didn’t have to.
heySkippy would stay here again
