This place is sorely neglected. When people come here, their first thought is to leave right away. The camp is not kept up and is quite literally falling apart. We opened up the electric door and it fell off in our hands. It was advertised that this place has full hooks ups, which is not true. We have to share water and electricity with our neighbor. This also means that hook ups for every other camper is on the opposite side of the RV. We did not have a long enough extension for electric so we called the office several times and no one called us back. We emailed the owner about our issues and he did not care that we had to go to the store and purchase extension cords. He refused to reimburse us.
The advertised pool is full of garbage. The sites are incredibly small and you have to go over a very narrow and unsafe bridge (no guard rails) to get to your site. The only reason this place is still in business is due to its proximity to Noah’s Ark. Otherwise this place would be abandoned. The owner is quick to take your entire check for the site and offers no compensation for expenses paid to stay at their camp.
Do yourself a favor and find a better spot. Even the employees admit that the owner doesn’t care about keeping up with the park and only cares about the money.

We last camped here in October of 2023. We have stayed at this campground twice while attending a conference at the Ark Encounter. Both times the staff have been very friendly, kind and helpful. The campground has good "bones" and the ability to be a bit more than it is. I think it could use some improvements.
The entrance is difficult, as someone checking in easily blocks the entrance, making it difficult for a car to be able to get through. When people are dumping at the exit, it blocks the exit and makes it difficult for other to exit. I think it would be wise to work on some changes to the width of the entrance/exit lanes.
On our last visit there, we had some serious power issues on our site and although the "maintenance" man tried to help us out, he really didn't seem to have any understanding or solution to the problem, although he was kind and tried very hard. I think the power boxes should be carefully checked over.
Both times the pool has been "under construction", there were power cables going from one site to another in a few areas, even across the road in one case. The firewood was more expensive than advertised. These things should be addressed. We look forward to coming back as it is a quiet and pretty little campground and in a good location.

Check-In procedures are a bit 'draconian' due to 1/2 mile narrow road coming in from Rt-330 through a semi-residential area. They do not allow use of dump station upon arrival and do not offer a self-check or after-hours check in. If you arrive later than expected (without notifying the office by phone) you will need to wait until the next morning or forfeit reservation! The driveway is one-way around the sites and the two bridges over the creek has NO guard rails so watch trailer swings. Depending on the time of year watch out for those poisonous wooly caterpillers - the camp does do abatement. You must be aware of being considerate when at the dump station with a Class-A or any trailer longer than 20ft. You'll either block the inbound traffic or the exit traffic or at worse both! If a busy day, you won't have time to do a thorough clean-out before getting yelled at! Sites were ok, utilities fine, restroom facilities so-so. All sites are back-in, lots of tent camping & some cabins - they also offer one or two rental RV sites. Good alternative camping for the Ark Encounter & Creation Museum, consequently we didn't stay in the CG except to sleep.

Dump station at front of driveway, none at sites. They turn the water off if temps dip to freezing. Friendly staff. The park is in process of renovations, pool is not available, the entry/exit gate spaces are narrow as is the bridge over the creek. Heavy tree cover may affect satellite/Starlink reception. Rains can make the sites a little sloppy. We would not stay again just based on location-we have no further need/desire to visit the area since we accomplished this goal, to see the Ark Encounter.

This would get more stars if it had a sewer dump attached to each site. This is a good site for an overnight trip or a couple of days. We stayed here for a week and had to conserve water to not fill our tanks up. It’s a pretty location and we chose to stay to go to the Ark Encounter. There was a precarious small bridge to drive over with our 41ft 5th wheel that made us nervous driving over to get to our site. Someone said it is past a sketchy neighborhood but it’s just a poor trailer park not sketchy. Like others said the sites are very close together and we could hear our neighbors very well. It’s a nice and decent stay for a short amount of time not for a week because of the water dumping situation.

They help everyone park so as to be as level as possible. Picturesque footbridges over their springs; sites are too close together. They like to lick you in after 6pm. So can’t stay here again.

Park is nice with lots of trees and water. Small rental cabins surround the park. Owners are very nice and very helpful with tips and suggestions for the RV, and local eateries. We stayed one night on our way south from Indy. We wanted to visit The Ark and The Creation Museum, but cannot do both in one day. I deducted a star from overall and value rating only due to no direct sewer connection. Although they do have a dump station, I prefer to have a direct hook-up. Sites are pretty level, although we did have to unhook to keep truck from sticking out into road. Since the park wasn't full, the owners let us park our truck in site next to us. We stayed in our 38' travel trailer with our Ford F250 truck. We camped at Three Springs Campground in a Travel Trailer.
Tip: Take your time navigating through the neighborhood as your heading into the park. Narrow, bumpy road.
