Most sites are occupied by what looks to be long term residents in really run down rigs. Cinder blocks and 2x4’s everywhere. One lady was outside screaming about cops and someone needed to pay her. The pond there is actually cute. The manager was also really nice. We didn’t explore much of the park other than that.
Prepare for traffic and train noises all the time. This is not a quiet stop.

Needed a place to sleep on the way to FL, on the 75 corridor. While this place was convenient and quieter than the RV place directly adjacent to 75, it was still a bit noisy - but bearable. Great internet connectivity, level site. Friendly check in with Gail. Unfortunately, the bath house - if you could call it that - was pretty rough. We only found 1 of 3 shower rooms that had hot water at the sink. The rooms were rather dirty - and to tell the truth - the entire bath house needs a re-do. I'd only stay here again in an emergency. But - it was off the road, probably safe - and if you didn't need to use the facilities - probably ok for a drive through stop over. Sadly, I was winterized and needed to use the facilities.

We came to Tifton, GA to visit family. Of all the parks on the area, this was the most cost effective with $30.00 overnight, full hookups, $130.00 weekly, $440 monthly. We wanted to stay balance of January and ended up extending until March 1st. Quiet park, great owner and host. Neighbors near park get rowdy on weekends, and we did see one stray dog in the campground but other than that, a great place to stay. Bathrooms are clean, but wet due to doors being always open. Sites are decently level. There’s also free WiFi, but not good signal for streaming... especially when busy on the weekends. Definitely coming back to stay on our way back through.

This is our 3rd stay here for an overnight when traveling between FL & GA. Easy access from I-75 & easy check-in. The owner/manager meets you where the sign says to stop for site assignment. Cash or check only. She'll escort you to your site. Our FHU, pull-thru site was level. Cable & WiFi were great, and we had good Verizon cell service. The CG is clean as were the restrooms. Road noise from I-75 was buffered by the RV park next door. There is a diner/fuel station across the street within walking distance. We'll stay here again when traveling.

There are new, clean restroom/showers and a small laundry room. There is nothing special about this little park but it is great for an overnight stay and there is good shopping and many restaurants close. Wifi was surprisingly good and pretty fast.
