Sunset campground in Furnace Creek has dumping and water. Propane at the gas station across the street from sunset. Little market across the street from campground for minor groceries/food.

Furnace Creek Campground site is only about 20 minutes from The Pads, and they have those amenities.

Water not sure, but dump I only found inside the Death Valley.

To the best of my recollection, the closest will be in the National Park, which isn’t far away. I don’t know what services are available during Covid. Pahrump isn’t super far away (maybe an hour?).
