“Great quiet base for MTBing”

We dry camped here for a couple of nights while mountain biking around Bentonville- it was a great quiet spot just outside of town. Originally we had planned to stay at Blowing Springs RV campground but that ended up being RVs stacked so close to each other the slide-outs almost touched- not our scene. “Great Properly And Location For MTB”

Owners were very nice and knowledgeable about MTBing trails. Even went on a ride with us. Rv sites are in a great spot near an open field and pickleball court. Perfect for a few days or even a week. Overall Rating

Stayed here a few nights. Easy access and big rig friendly. Large gravel area with back in and pull through access. Super close to local mtn biking trails and town. Friendly folks with local knowledge of the area. Would definitely stay here again.

“Not For Me”

We did not end up staying there. The owners are a lovely family, but the accommodations are minimal at best. Parking is behind a barn behind their house and is nothing more than a power hookup. There’s a hose for you to fill your tank, but no bathhouse and no dump station. For $50/night it wasn’t worth it.
