“Dump”

This place is a dump. Poorly maintained with small streets and lots. The website has beautiful photos that have clearly been photoshopped. The electric is so poorly done that it burned up our expensive surge protector and actually melted it to the power cord. The management refused to reimburse us for it. This place is a dump. Poorly maintained with small streets and lots. The website has beautiful photos that have clearly been photoshopped. The electric is so poorly done that it burned up our expensive surge protector and actually melted it to the power cord. The management refused to reimburse us for it. Feral cats fighting every night and even a police raid at one of the trailers. The website also claims that the park is 55+ but there were kids running around. It also claims to have a rec room but does not. The nice seating area they show is not there. The green grass in the photos is actually sandy areas. Do not stay at this place!!

Poorly Maintained!! The Electric hook up actually melted our surge protector on two different sites. Management refused to reimburse us for it. Roads are very small as are the lots. Poor income trailer park with feral cats running around and fighting all night. There is no longer a club house and no activities. In the middle of town ... more
Poorly Maintained!! The Electric hook up actually melted our surge protector on two different sites. Management refused to reimburse us for it. Roads are very small as are the lots. Poor income trailer park with feral cats running around and fighting all night. There is no longer a club house and no activities. In the middle of town on the corner of two busy streets. Highly recommend you stay somewhere else.

Under new management. Nice and friendly older (55+) people here, most of which are permanent/annuals. The easternmost portion of the park hard a few sketchy folks hanging out, but I was made to feel welcome on my first day by both of my neighbors. The rates were reasonable at $175/week. Under new management. Nice and friendly older (55+) people here, most of which are permanent/annuals. The easternmost portion of the park hard a few sketchy folks hanging out, but I was made to feel welcome on my first day by both of my neighbors. The rates were reasonable at $175/week. There are no luxurious amenities besides a small clubhouse and laundry, but a the location of park across from a strip shopping center along with Walmart and a bunch of other major stores down the road (Publix, Home Depot, & all the chain restaurants, etc.) less than a mile away makes this a great place to get away from the harsh winters up north!
