On the plus side this location is close to I-10 and we were travelling west on I-10 so this was convenient. The sites are full service, although the sewer connection was so far away I could reach it with 20 feet of sewer hose. We pulled forward and dumped on our way out so that save a stop at the dump station. It served as an overnight spot, but there are better options along this route.

Our site was very long - but I had to park my Class C at the front, near the paved loop, due to the location of the sewer hookup. (Yep. A state park with full HU!) The staff was super pleasant. The bath houses were immaculate with plenty of hot water. There are laundry machines available at the bath house. The playground is super pretty and well-kept and safe. You can walk to it with a small child from any site in the one loop. The trails within the park are gorgeous. *I think the most beautiful one is the Lime Sink Run Trail - with did that trail three times because of its fascinating trees and deer sightings. This campground is remarkably clean and quiet. It was full to capacity when we were there and it was still quiet and peaceful. Very impressed. Five stars!

Laundry on site a s really inexpensive. Hot hot showers and very clean lavatories. All sites are full hook up with Electic/water/sewer. They have a dump station on site as well.
30 total sites and was about 3/4 booked on a Wednesday night when we were there. So looks like it might be pretty popular spot.
Sites all have fire rings, and picnic tables as well.

Was able to stay here as a walk-in. Rate shown above is for Florida senior. Several good walking paths here along the river, through the forest, and along Lime Sink Run. Interesting points of interest within the park include a high water pole, a cemetery of the city Columbia (now gone), the old Stagecoach roadway, various natural springs, and my favorite -- the Lime Sink Run waterway (see photos).
Each campsite has electricity, water, sewer connection., picnic table, and fire ring (although you're not allowed to build a fire unless you buy wood.) Campsites are mostly shaded and level. 2 campsites are concrete pads and all the rest are dirt. All campsites are back-in.
Restrooms were very clean and modern. 2 of 3 showers had hot water. There is a book exchange. There is one clothes washer and dryer very reasonable priced.

We noted weak cell service here, even called the ranger. The consensus was that we’d need to go out of the park to get sufficient cell service for Zoom or streaming. Enter the WeBoost. Worked like a champ using T-Mobile. We have access to all four carriers - Verizon (through Visible), AT&T (built into our Boldt), Sprint (FMCA JetPack), and T-Mobile. The JetPack did not work, even with a MiMo antenna. Phones and iPad work with WeBoost turned on (and importantly, JetPack turned off). And oh yes, the park is wonderful!

Was a challenge maneuvering our 5th wheel into our site with all the trees. Additionally our site #9 was covered with thick sand making leveling a challenge. It appeared to be the only site with this problem so hopefully they will fix it at some point. Unable to stream with AT&T but could make phone calls and use internet.

Great hiking, clean bathrooms and lots of spring options. I highly recommend Madison Blue Spring as it was beautiful and had deep and shallow entry options (however, while pets are allowed they must stay at the top of the stairs far away from the spring). Zero T-Mobile coverage.
